How It Works
Step 1:
Complimentary Consultation
Let’s get introduced and talk about where you are in your life through my free 20 min Complimentary Consultation. From there, we’ll determine what service or package will serve you best. Come prepared with an idea, or we will sort through your energy together.
Step 2:
Energy Awareness Reading
All packages start with a unique and tailored/personalized Energy Reading & Awareness session. In order to determine where your abundant potential lies, we need to evaluate and assess the energy levels and determine where the discord may lie. We do this using oracle cards to help us obtain a visual with keywords to help you resonate with a higher frequency towards success.
Step 3:
Energy & Abundance Coaching
Quite often, our mindset becomes either a gateway or a blockage into abundant living. The stories we tell ourselves, or the thoughts and beliefs we hold onto, truly become unconscious habits that need addressing and coaching to unwind. These sessions will ultimately help you feel and embody a new way of thinking, perceiving and thus, behaving.
Step 4:
Reiki, Biofield Tuning & Energetic Healing
Shifting your energy requires a holistic and “full landscape” approach. When we work with energy, we work with all matters and forms - including the external, the internal and down to the cellular. My unique, medically & science-based approaches combine to help your electromagnetic field (or biofield) release discorded vibrations so you can shift into more abundant ones.
